Valuable and fragile products: when receiving your order, check the contents of the package in the presence of the delivery person before signing the delivery note. Do not accept the goods if they are broken. Take photos of the damaged products. Always ask for a signature on delivery for express deliveries.

Any package delivered as standard (delivery without signature) is not supposed to be subject to compensation whether it is declared not received or found damaged upon opening. In the event of a dispute, contact us (contact@selkeys.fr), we will do our best to resolve the problems encountered.

How to apply serums?

You can combine the anti-aging serum with the anti-spot serum. You can apply each serum in the morning and/or evening. The serums are compatible with foundations and can be applied before your makeup. The serums are compatible with sunscreens and skincare creams, such as night creams. They have been designed as the safest possible care products, in order to allow easy, quick use and compatibility with all your beauty routines.

Are the products vegan?

Yes, all products are vegan.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our raw materials are sourced in France and our finished products are manufactured in France. We work with local partners, including our suppliers of raw materials, packaging boxes and labels, as well as our partner factory, our formulators and our logistics and transport network. We claim 100% French design and manufacturing. French beauty has not said its last word in our opinion.

Are the packaging recyclable?

Yes. All of our packaging is recyclable: the label and case go into the sorting bin, while the glass goes into the glass containers. Everything is noted on our boxes and labels by explicit pictograms.

What are the different payment methods available for placing an online order?
