Delivery Policy

Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession of the goods to the Consumer.

Under normal conditions, the professional seller will process orders as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Purchased Products will be shipped via standard postal services, particularly through the “Colissimo 48h” service, starting from the handover of the Products to the postal service. Delivery will occur within a maximum of three (3) business days following the definitive validation of the order by the Consumer, excluding peak activity periods. During busy periods, delivery times may be extended.

The stated delivery times are standard averages and represent the processing and delivery times for orders under normal activity levels. If items in an order have different availability dates, delivery time will be based on the longest estimated time. However, the professional seller reserves the right to split deliveries. In such cases, delivery fees will only be charged for a single shipment.

The Consumer is encouraged to regularly check their order status on their account and contact the professional seller for any questions or issues regarding delivery via email at: contact@selkeys.fr.

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Consumer at the time of ordering.

To facilitate delivery, the Consumer agrees to take all necessary steps to ensure the successful handover of the package, such as having their name clearly visible on the mailbox, providing building access codes, or sharing their phone number. SELKEYS FRANCE cannot be held liable for delivery failures caused by the Consumer’s failure to provide adequate delivery information.

In the event of an error in the recipient's address details (e.g., name, first name, street number and name, postal code, city, phone number, or email address), SELKEYS FRANCE cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the order.

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the package may be left at the postal office corresponding to the delivery address provided by the Consumer. In such cases, it is the Consumer’s responsibility to retrieve the package within the time frame specified by the postal service. If the postal service returns the package to the professional seller due to non-retrieval, SELKEYS FRANCE reserves the right to charge the Consumer for any associated return costs.

The Consumer must provide proof of identity when retrieving their package and, if necessary, present the order number.

In accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the transfer of risk occurs only when the Consumer, or a third party designated by them (neighbor, concierge, etc.), other than the postal service, physically takes possession of the package.

Upon receipt of the package, the Consumer is advised to verify its condition and contents and to sign the delivery receipt, noting any remarks about the order. The Consumer may open the package before signing any transport documents.

If the Consumer observes that the package is clearly damaged (e.g., opened or showing signs of leakage), they are required to refuse delivery and request its return to SELKEYS FRANCE at the return address listed on the package.

Once the professional seller receives the returned package in its damaged state, they will issue a refund to the Consumer as soon as possible. The Consumer is also encouraged to file a complaint with the professional seller to report the issue, thereby contributing to the continuous improvement of SELKEYS FRANCE's service and the evaluation of its partners and service providers.
