At SELKEYS FRANCE, we understand that you may wish to cancel a service or subscription that we may offer. This policy describes the conditions and procedures for terminating a subscription.
Terms of Termination:
Subscriptions: You may terminate a subscription at any time, subject to the specific conditions of each subscription. To do so, log in to your user account. Go to the “Subscriptions” or “Subscription Management” section. Follow the instructions to initiate the termination.
Service Contracts: Contracts may be terminated in accordance with the terms specified in the contract. Contact our Consumer Service at contact@selkeys.fr. Provide the necessary information to identify your contract or service. We will send you a termination confirmation once the request has been processed.
Deadlines and Effects: Subscriptions: Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No additional billing will be made after termination. Service Contracts: Termination will take effect at the end of the agreed period, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Refunds: Subscriptions: No refunds will be given for periods already paid, unless required by law or if we have made an error. Service Contracts: Refunds will be processed according to the terms specified in the contract.
Modification or Suspension: We reserve the right to modify or suspend our services or subscriptions at any time. In the event of a modification, we will inform you at least 15 days in advance. You may choose to terminate without additional costs before the changes come into effect.
