Refund policy
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the delivered Product(s) to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing a reason or incurring penalties. If the fourteen (14) calendar days end on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.
This right of withdrawal, starting from the receipt of the order, allows the Consumer to return any unsuitable item and request an exchange or a refund (either by re-crediting the Consumer’s bank card or PayPal account, or via a bank transfer depending on the payment method used for the order), excluding return shipping costs, which remain the Consumer’s responsibility.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by contacting our Customer Service directly via the "Contact Us" section of our Website or by email at contact@selkeys.fr.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify SELKEYS FRANCE of their decision to withdraw through a clear and unambiguous declaration, expressing their intent to withdraw and including the following information:
- Their identity,
- Delivery and billing address (if different),
- Order number,
- Date of receipt of the order.
The professional seller will promptly acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request via email and issue a return authorization form.
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, enabling the product(s) to be resold in new condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged by the Consumer will not be accepted, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 5 of the French Consumer Code. Therefore, the Consumer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal or return Products if they have unsealed the Products after delivery, as these cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
The professional seller reserves the right to delay the refund until the returned products have been received and verified.
The Consumer is bound by the billing information provided to the professional seller. In accordance with Article L. 221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Consumer agrees to return the Products for which they are exercising their right of withdrawal, at their own expense, within fourteen (14) days of notifying the professional seller of their decision to withdraw.
To facilitate the refund process, the Product(s) must be returned complete, in their original condition, and in their original packaging to the address specified on the return authorization form.
