Cancellation policy

At SELKEYS FRANCE, we are committed to providing our customers with a high-quality shopping experience. However, we understand that certain situations may require the cancellation or termination of an order. Below are the applicable terms and conditions:

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason or incurring penalties.

Conditions:

  • Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can do so by contacting our customer service at: contact@selkeys.fr.

  • No penalty will be applied, and a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation of a Pre-Order

If you placed an order for a pre-order product, the following conditions apply:

  • You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment by contacting our customer service.
  • A full refund will be issued without any fees.
  • Once the product is shipped, the same withdrawal conditions as for a standard order apply.
  • If a delay in the shipment of your pre-order is anticipated, we will notify you via email. You will then have the option to cancel without fees if the delay is unsatisfactory.

Subscription Termination

If you have subscribed to a recurring delivery service for our products:

  • You can terminate your subscription at any time, free of charge, by contacting us through your customer account or via email.
  • Any order already being prepared or shipped cannot be canceled for that cycle.

Defective or Damaged Products

You should open the package in the presence of the carrier whenever possible, especially if the package appears visibly damaged, and refuse delivery while noting the issue on the delivery receipt. If a product received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by SELKEYS FRANCE. Termination and Return Procedure

To initiate a termination or return:

  1. Contact our customer service by email, specifying the order number and the reason for termination/return.
  2. We will provide detailed instructions for returning the products.
  3. Once the products are received and verified, a refund will be issued within 30 business days.

Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for termination or return:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Products returned without prior notification to our customer service.
